Value Aligned Strategic Planning: Building Purpose Driven Organizations

This interactive workshop helps participants understand how to integrate organizational values into strategic planning processes, creating authentic alignment between mission, values, and strategic actions.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Assess their organization’s current level of value strategy alignment
- Apply a structured framework for values based strategic planning
- Navigate common tensions between values and strategic pressures
- Create an action plan for improving alignment in their organization
- Access tools and resources for ongoing implementation
