Tue, March 10 @ 9:30 am3:00 pm

Registration Required

oneplace. Unpacking Imposter Syndrome: Revaluing Ourselves and Each Other

This workshop will invite participants to explore the ways in which they have been socialized to trust and value their own leadership, and trust and value the people and systems around them. Participants will leave this discussion with renewed commitment to themselves, their work, and their community.

  • Participants will leave this workshop able to identify the root causes of imposter syndrome.
  • Participants will leave feeling equipped with conceptual, systemic, and behavioral understanding of how internalized superiority and/or inferiority impact their organizations and leadership styles.
  • Participants will be equipped with practical strategies to challenge the narratives that cause leaders to devalue themselves and their teams, and instead work from a place of joy, rooted in their values.

We will meet on Zoom for the 1st half of the event and debrief in person for the 2nd half.

ONEplace will send the location in a calendar invite one day before the event. We will send a reminder and please add this to your calendar. We also expect this event to reach capacity, so please let us know if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
