oneplace: Do More, More Naturally – Powered by Instinct

This workshop is designed to support participants in unlocking sustainable performance by aligning their actions with their instinctive strengths. Rooted in Kolbe Theory (TM), the session explores how Clarity, Commitment, and Collaboration can transform productivity and reduce burnout. Participants will engage in reflective exercises, practical strategies, and collaborative discussions to better understand their natural methods of operation (M.O.) and how to apply them effectively.

By the end of the program, participants will:
• Gain clarity on their instinctive strengths.
• Develop personalized strategies to stay in their productivity zone.
• Learn how to collaborate effectively with diverse thinkers.
• Be equipped to make sustainable, high-impact decision

This experience is best suited for people who have already completed their Kolbe A (TM) Index and is an open enrollment experience that will cap at 50 participants, registration will close on December 2nd or when all the spaces have been claimed.
