Creating Ease Wisdom Circles are facilitated gatherings designed to cultivate collective insight through gentle, accessible dialogue. These circles create a supportive container where participants can share experiences, explore challenges, and discover wisdom together without pressure or judgment.

This first experience will focus on the tools and strategies we use to enhance the things we have to do like calendaring apps, AI, task lists, etc. Something you may be struggling with, someone else has designed a strategy for success!

We will begin with a brief centering practice and clear agreements about confidentiality and respectful listening. Space will then be created for open-ended questions that invite reflection rather than debate, such as “What has brought you ease during difficult times?” or “Where have you found unexpected wisdom?” Ensuring everyone who wishes can speak, the facilitator holds space gently, intervening minimally to maintain the flow and safety of the container.

To highlight the skill of curiosity over advice-giving, we will create pauses for silent reflection, and close with participants sharing a word or phrase that captures what they’re taking away. The “ease” component comes from removing academic pressure and allowing organic wisdom to emerge from lived experience.

This is an open enrollment experience that will cap at 30 participants, registration will close 2 days prior to the event or when all the spaces have been claimed.
