Seed to Cup: Deciphering Coffee Language

Coffee labels can be confusing. What’s the difference between “Fair” and “Direct” Trade? Does “USDA Organic” guarantee better practices? WMU professor Gary Marquardt will help us make sense of common labels, and we’ll sample new arrivals from South America and East Africa.
