How to Create Lasting Change
Tue, April 16, 2024 @ 10:00 am–12:00 pm
Registration Required

Why do change efforts so often fall short, even when we know what needs to be done? In this session, explore why our default change models frequently fail and learn about an alternative approach that offers a path to lasting transformation.
The Immunity to Change model, developed through decades of research, reveals the subconscious dynamics within each of us that hinder change. This innovative framework surfaces our hidden inner obstacles and the underlying commitments to self-protection driving them. By addressing these barriers, the model provides techniques to overcome our own resistance and unlock deep, sustainable shifts – in ourselves and our organizations.
