Join fellow nonprofit leaders and board members for an immersive, interactive workshop that creates a brave and reflective space for nonprofit professionals to explore how accountability fuels truly inclusive spaces and supports collective healing. Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue and activities to uncover the emotional and practical aspects of holding themselves accountable—individually and as part of their organizations. Together, we will identify actionable strategies to embrace discomfort, foster growth, and deepen commitments to equitable, healing-centered practices.

Facilitated by Dana Hudson, Holistic Leadership Consulting.
