Equity-Centered Strategic Planning Part II: Practical Applications

Building on the foundations established in Part I, this workshop will focus on the practical application and integration of an equity-centered approach in strategic planning. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises to understand how an equity-centered approach can be integrated into their existing strategic plans and implementation efforts. Workshop participants will bring their current strategic plans for analysis and reflection, identifying areas for improvement to ensure a more inclusive and equity-centered direction. This workshop will help participants deepen their understanding of how equity-centered planning can enhance their organization’s mission and vision.
The target audience for this workshop is non-profit staff and board of director members.
