Equity-Centered Strategic Planning Part I: Foundations

This in-person workshop will introduce participants to the basics of strategic planning from an equity-centered perspective. Participants will learn about the importance of equity-centered framing in strategic planning, understand the challenges and benefits of implementing this approach, and gain insights into best practices. The workshop will actively engage participants to deepen their understanding of how equity-centered planning can benefit their organization’s mission and vision.
The target audience for this workshop is non-profit staff and board of director members. This workshop will be led by Monica Liggins-Abrams of Liggins Abrams Consulting (https://www.ligginsabrams.com).
