Empowered Caregiver Series: Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors
Shukurani Nsengiyumva from Alzheimer’s Association Michigan Chapter, in partnership with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Western Michigan University, will facilitate an informative session that teaches participants how to recognize dementia-related behavioral changes, explore non-medical approaches to address them, and determine when additional help may be necessary. Registration required.
The second session in this series, Exploring Care and Support Services, will be held on November 5 at 1:30 pm in the Eastwood Branch Library Community Room.
