Cultivating Board Excellence

Join fellow nonprofit leaders and board members for brunch and an engaging workshop focusing on Cultivating Board Excellence, an engaging and practical workshop designed to help board members lead with confidence and clarity. Participants will gain an understanding of board roles and responsibilities, learn strategies to foster collaboration by building a positive board culture, and discover simple tips and tricks to run effective, productive meetings. For both new and experienced board members, this workshop will equip participants with skills and confidence to lead with purpose.
