Creating Lasting Change: Leading in Complex Times

Tue, June 24, 2025 @ 8:30 am11:30 am

Registration Required

Creating Lasting Change: Leading in Complex Times. oneplace. june 24, 2025. please register.

Join fellow nonprofit leaders and board members for brunch and an engaging workshop focusing on our relationship to change. In a world of growing complexity, applying a one-size-fits-all approach to our challenges is insufficient. To navigate complexity effectively, leaders and teams must first understand the nature of the problems they face.

This workshop introduces participants to the Cynefin Framework, a sense-making model that enables teams to better diagnose their challenges and identify appropriate approaches based on the context. The outcome? Leadership and teamwork that are adaptive and equipped to create meaningful and lasting change.

Facilitated by Amy Mervak Coaching and Consulting.

The event location will be shared via email prior to the event. Space for this in-person opportunity is limited, so registration is required. If your plans change, please let us know at [email protected].
