Charcuterie 101

Join Laurel Day from Do Something Lady, a creative workshop and events company, as she walks you through a step-by-step charcuterie presentation. She’ll build a beautiful & delicious meat and cheese platter while sharing where to shop, what to buy and how to prep and execute an artful display of delicious snacks for yourself and your guests! You’ll leave with all the tips, tricks and details to create your own show-stopping charcuterie platters. Samples provided!
