Cause Driven Organizations

Join fellow nonprofit leaders and board members for brunch and an engaging workshop focused on strengthening organizational sustainability through purposeful leadership and community connection. This session combines practical tools with meaningful dialogue, creating space for both learning and relationship building.
Participants will be offered practical tools for organizational development and sustainability, including:
- A reflective approach to understanding organizational legacy and history
- A framework for aligning cause, purpose, strategies, and programs
- Focusing on Why Our Work Matters for team and board engagement
- Understanding of organizational lifecycles and capacity planning
Intended Audience: This workshop is designed for nonprofit executive directors, staff, and board members who want to strengthen their organization’s foundation while building connections with peers. You’ll leave with practical tools you can implement immediately and fresh perspectives from fellow leaders.
