Notes: Deep Purple (Mark II reunion) was Jon Lord (keyboards), Ian Paice (drums), Ritchie Blackmore (guitar), Ian Gillan (vocals), and Roger Glover (bass). Bad Company was original members Mick Ralphs (guitar) and Simon Kirke (drums), with ex-Ted Nugent vocalist Brian Howe, Steve Price (bass) and ex-Uriah Heep keyboardist Greg Dechert. (Former vocalist Paul Rogers was no longer in the band.)
