Capitol Theatre

Downtown Kalamazoo Theater (1924–1976)


South side of East South Street, east of Burdick Street (138 East South Street).

Originally opened as the Majestic Theatre in 1907. Enlarged and reopened as the Capitol Theatre on 30 August 1924. Survived as a film house until 4 December 1976.
