Seed to Cup: Coffee Histories

What does a goatherd from another continent have in common with your coffee? Join Gary Marquardt, professor of African Studies at Western Michigan University, to find out! Explore major historical themes of coffee circa 1300 to today. We’ll finish off with a surprisingly good sampling.
