What if accountability was less about correction and more about connection? This engaging workshop invites leaders to reimagine accountability as a restorative practice that fortifies relationships and sustains positive team culture. This session blends reflection with scenario-based learning to help participants build confidence in navigating complex yet meaningful conversations with compassion, clarity, and courage.
