RIP Author Eric Jerome Dickey

1961-2021

We were saddened to hear of the January 3 passing of New York Times best-selling author Eric Jerome Dickey.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Dickey began writing in 1989 and had more than 7 million books published worldwide. Dickey was known for writing sentimental stories of the realities of Black life, including “Sister, Sister“, “Friends and Lovers“ and “Between Lovers.”
