Kalamazoo Public Library serves a diverse community, and we are committed to making sure everyone feels welcome, respected, and able to fully use the library. Diversity, equity, and inclusion shape how we provide service, develop collections, design programs, and work with one another. Our goal is simple: to create a library where people can see themselves reflected, access what they need, and feel a sense of belonging.
