Who Doesn't Like Free Trees?

Celebrate Earth Day with Us

Kalamazoo Public Library is celebrating Earth Day this Spring by participating in the 12th annual Neighborhood Forest free tree program for kids. Parents and caregivers can register for a free tree online by March 21. Select “Kalamazoo Public Library” in the dropdown menu and click submit. Fill out a simple form and you will receive a free tree (6–12 inches in size) during Earth Week (April 22–30, 2021). Trees will be delivered to KPL and we will contact you to pick up your tree and planting instructions at any KPL location on or around Earth Day (April 22nd).

Since 2010, Neighborhood Forest has reached over 60,000 families and planted over 30,000 (mostly urban and residential) — trees through the hands of children and parents across North America.
