KPL is Hosting Two Informational Meetings About the Temporary Alma Powell Branch Library Location

Kalamazoo Public Library (KPL) is hosting two informational meetings to share the exciting news about the temporary Alma Powell Branch Library location located at 308 W. North Street. The meetings will be held on Thursday, July 11 at the Northside Association for Community Development (NACD) located at 612 N. Park Street. The community is invited to join us at 11:30 am or 5:30 pm. You’ll hear from Michael Cockrell, interim director of KPL, and Elizabeth Washington, executive director of the NACD, get an overview of our ongoing library service to the Northside community, learn about the space study for a new Alma Powell branch building, and much more. As a special bonus, you will have an opportunity to take a walkthrough of 308 W. North St.! These meetings will not be streamed online.
