Category: Meeting Rooms

Nonprofit organizations will be charged $25 per two hours. Businesses will be charged $150 for one to four hours or $250 for four to eight hours. Fees include use of available audiovisual equipment.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms may be reserved beginning October 1st for January through December of the following year. The completed reservation form and payment of all applicable fees must be received by the library within thirty days of placing the reservation and no later than ten days prior to the meeting date.

They are not available for social events such as showers, birthday parties, weddings, or receptions. A resident of the library district must make the room reservation.

Any resident of the library district. 

Nonprofits may use any of the rooms; businesses may only use the rooms at Central LibraryEastwood and Oshtemo branch libraries.
