Location: District #6 – Section 4, west side of 29th Street, south of ON Avenue.

This school was erroneously called “School #4” on the 1918 topographic map. The earliest source to identify it as Chase School was in 1935, but it shows as a school symbol on several earlier maps, so it may also have had an earlier name.
