Summary
Follow the misadventures of Angela and Jessie, best friends toiling as waitresses at a Texas diner. Their house has just been robbed, they can't make rent, and they might lose their jobs, but nothing will keep them from celebrating Jessie's 17th birthday with a vacation at the beach. The girls prove that where there's a will, there's a crazy way, as they attempt one madcap scheme after another to raise some cash and break away for the time of their lives.
