Summary

Tired of granting the same old lame wishes, Norm devises an evil plan to become a fairy godparent. And his plan has Timmy losing Cosmo and Wanda! Now Timmy must travel to Fairy World to find them in the midst of a wide-scale talent search where every wish-granting creature in the Universe is auditioning for a chance to be the new fairy godparents.
