Summary

Award-winning filmmaker Natalia Almada depicts the brutality of Mexico's drug war through the quiet that falls between the moments of violence. The film follows a night watchman in a Culiacan cemetery, a place populated with large mausoleums of Mexico's most notorious drug lords. Almada's portrait of daily life in the cemetery sits at the intersection between those who live there and those who rest there.
