Summary

A child of the Depression and a veteran of World War II, Dr. Haddock graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in the early fifties and in 1969 was instrumental in establishing the specialty of Family Practice on the national scene. Dr. Haddock was a Charter Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, as well as one of the first physicians to be granted a Fellowship in the American Academy of Family Physicians. He feels fortunate to have practiced medicine during a period of unprecedented advances in that field.
