Summary

An English noblewoman hires a young draughtsman to create twelve drawings of her country estate in return for a fee, room and board, and twelve sexual favors. This simple arrangement soon spirals out of control and Mr. Neville finds himself as the prime suspect in a bizarre murder mystery.
