The 9th Annual Teen Filmmaker Festival features the best teen-produced and directed films of 2012. Films must be produced by teens, ages 13-18, who reside in the state of Michigan. Three expert judges awarded prizes for best film, best animation, best experimental film, best documentary, best short film (under three minutes), best technical merit, best music video, and judges’ choice. Audience members at the February 26th festival voted for a People’s Choice award. Sponsored by Kalamazoo Public Library (21 videos).
