From introduction: The City of Kalamazoo, in cooperation with the Kalamazoo County Chamber of Commerce, the Business Development Bureau, the CEO Council, community and private foundations, business partners and community leaders, is pleased to submit this proposal, which fully meets the requirements of Western Michigan University's Request for Proposal (RFP) dated November 13, 1998, to site a new College of Engineering and a Paper Printing science Research Facility.
