Summary

"It's the mid 60's in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Great Slaughter and the social calendar is full. There's the Christmas Pantomime, the annual Scarecrow Festival, a surprise birthday ceilidh and of course the Quincentennial Celebrations. What could possibly go wrong? Plenty! The cast of Cinderella drop like flies, a killer scarecrow stalks the streets, a bucking bronco goes haywire, a femme fatale zip lines to her death on the set of Foxman, all of the local women call a general strike and to top it all the police embark on something called "Team Building." After all that, Sister Boniface is grateful for a wholesome weekend away with the sisters, but even then she is confronted by murder, with a smattering of nudity!
