In September 1975, the FCC allocated channel 299, a class B FM broadcast facility, to Kalamazoo, Michigan. This is a copy of FCC Form 301, Application for authority to construct a new broadcast station or make changes in an existing broadcast station, submitted by Walter L. Hall of WHW Enterprises, Inc., to the Federal Communications Commission, on April 27, 1976.
