Summary
Charlie is a small-time hood trying to work his way up from the bottom rungs of a local mob's ladder. Teresa is the girlfriend his family deems unsuitable because of her epilepsy. Johnny Boy is a small-time gambler who is in deep debt to loan sharks. Each of them is trying to survive the "mean streets" of Little Italy.
