Summary
A resource guide which offers a compendium of Federal, Michigan and local planning and development tools and incentives that help make old and historic building rehabilitation projects happen. Project studies showcase many of those tools and incentives. The guide also offers adaptive reuse and context-sensitive ideas used in Kalamazoo - ideas that can be applied to other Michigan cities.
