Summary

This publication indexes and abstracts seventy-three documents which were recently (2003) found in a metal drawer in the vault of the Kalamazoo County Clerk's Office. These are the "Foreign Marriages." The other fifty documents are Intents to Marry. The couple, at least one of whom was a resident to Kalamazoo County, filed a document stating they intended to marry in a place other than Kalamazoo County.
