Summary
When the Pink Panther is stolen again and the calling card of an old adversary is left at the scene, it appears that The Phantom, Sir Charles Litton (Christopher Plummer), has returned to his thieving ways. Never fear! Clouseau is here! And the intrepid Inspector (Peter Sellers) won't let anything stop him --- not even Litton's beautiful wife (Catherine Schell) -- from catching the prime suspect!
