Summary
Cape Town, a city plagued by child abductions. Disillusioned detective Benny Griessel is forced back into action by a new case. A local vigilante killer, Thobela, is on the rampage. Crushed by his son’s murder and the court's failure to punish his killers, Thobela is taking justice into his own hands.
