We are currently not taking reservations for any of the meeting rooms. The small study rooms on the lower level of Central can be booked in 2-hour increments either by phone or in person. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Rules of Conduct

Nonprofit Organization Use

A Kalamazoo Public Library district resident or property owner must make the room reservation.

Fee: $25 per two-hour block of time

Business Use

Only available to businesses based within Kalamazoo County. A Kalamazoo Public Library district resident or property owner must make the room reservation.

Fee: $150 for one to four hours; $250 for four to eight hours

Maximum Seating: 130 persons theater style
Parking: Eastwood Branch Lot
Handicap Accessible: Ramped; Elevator to all levels
