Sessions last for no more than one hour and are available on a first come\, first served basis. \nTechnology sessions can cover the following: \n\nComputer basics\nSmartphone basics\nTablet basics\nSetting up an email account (Gmail)\nEmail attachments\nInternet searching\nOrganizing computer files and folders\nUsing a USB/flash drive\nSetting up a Facebook/Twitter/Skype account\nMicrosoft Word\nBorrowing ebooks from the library (must have necessary device and software)\nInternet privacy\n\nLibrary staff cannot assist with: \n\nComputer Viruses\nPerformance Issues\nHardware Diagnostics\nInstalling Non-Library Software\nComputer Maintenance\n\nIt is the patron’s responsibility to bring any needed logins/passwords or equipment\, including any power cords or cables. The library will not be able to provide computer accessories for your device.
