Your Non-Profit is a Business: Therefore You Should Run it That Way

In this virtual workshop, Finance and Business Coach Michelle Mitchell will help you approach your non-profit through the financial lens of a business. This shift will help you make the most of your financial resources, using a practical approach to money, so that you can serve your community passionately and efficiently! Michelle will help you better understand your money mindset, how to gain clarity, what to focus on, the specific daily habits that help build financial health, and the importance of financial accountability so that you can do more with the resources you have.

ONEplace will email you the zoom link the day before the training. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
