In this engaging workshop, you’ll learn techniques to recruit new volunteers and pick up ideas and tools for training, motivating, retaining, and recognize your volunteer crew. Also covered are great volunteer management and communications strategies and some of the best and most affordable tools, resources, and technologies that make managing, communicating with, and recognizing volunteers a snap. This 2.75-hour workshop includes opportunities for you to review and assess your volunteer program performance and begin building plans and concrete ideas for future needs.
