Tue, September 20 @ 9:30 am11:30 am

Registration Required

Background greenish, abstract image of connection points with a ONEplace at KPL logo at the bottom right, with supporting text on the bottom left that reads Tuesday, September 20, 2022, please register: with large text in the middle top reading Uprooting White Supremacy in Organizations.

In this 2-hour online workshop, we will focus on unpacking the subtle ways that white supremacy tends to show up inside of organizations working to do good. The Anti-Oppression Resource And Training Alliance (AORTA) will share specific examples from our work with hundreds of nonprofits, grassroots organizations, academic institutions, worker co-ops, and progressive businesses; highlight common challenges and missteps in policy and practices; and lay the groundwork for ongoing discussion and change work within your organization.

ONEplace will email you the zoom link the day before the session. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Presented by AORTA.
