Transformative Change at the Intersection of Gender, Race, and Sexuality – Bring Change to Institutions and Community
Mon, April 10 @ 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Registration Required

Join us for this 3 part interactive virtual learning series that will provide a cultural and historical look at LGBTQIA+ rights.; explore cultural narratives that impact the lives of those identifying as LGBTQIA+, with a specific focus on those racially marginalized; and identify equity strategies for interrupting harmful cultural narratives internally and institutionally to create transformative change. Ideally, participants will register separately for all 3 sessions and attending less than 2 session is not recommended.
This session specifically will allow participants to understand the impact of implicit bias on reaching institutional equity goals; practice strategies to move an organization towards anti-racism and LGBTQIA+ equity; and identify two practices that can begin making change today in their institutions.
ONEplace will email participants the zoom link the week before the training. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
