Having the task of completing performance evaluations can be overwhelming. Whether the evaluator, evaluatee, or someone looking to move into a role where completing this task is necessary, having tips and tricks to improve the process can be helpful.
In this session we will discuss a variety of aspects surrounding performance evaluations including; the process, timelines, equity, bias, accommodations, data collections and much more!
