Peer Learning Group: Executive Directors

Specifically for Executive Directors peer learning groups are the most effective mode of professional development for retention and application. As we explore current issues and concerns with our peers, we not only glean the wisdom of an outside perspective, we also are in a position to put that wisdom to work right away.
This group will meet on the 2nd Wednesday from September to May. During each session, a member of the group will bring an issue or situation to confidentially discuss. Participants support and learn from one another through deep listening and asking open, honest questions. The strength of each group comes from the individual’s commitment to attend the sessions. Given that this group meets during the lunch hour, participants are welcome to bring their lunch.
