This series is specifically for Executive Directors. Peer learning groups are the most effective mode of professional development for retention and application. Participants report feeling better prepared to handle situations like those presented. Participants also derive a benefit from hearing others with similar struggles, being able to openly share problems and ideas with others who are in the same role.

This group will meet virtually on the 3rd Wednesday from 12:30–1:30 pm over eight months.

During each session, a member of the group will bring an issue or situation to confidentially discuss. Participants support and learn from one another through deep listening and asking open, honest questions. The strength of each group comes from the individual’s commitment to attend the sessions.

Past peer learning group participants have shared the benefits of hearing from others experiencing similar struggles, and being able to openly share problems and ideas with others who are in the same role. Some responses include:
“This is a great space to share/confide together. Stronger together.”
“These are extremely helpful in my personal and professional growth.”
“These are such an excellent opportunity for us to piece together ideas and solutions from multiple local sources who have truly been there done that.”

Registration for this eight-month leadership intensive closes on October 18th. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at [email protected].

New for this year: all participants will have the option of participating in a KOLBE Index (assessment) and have a 1v1 hour consultation with ONEplace staff member Stacy Jackson regarding your results.
