Whether you’re terrified of negotiating a job offer or you think you’re a smooth operator, you will learn something from my latest video. After negotiating hundreds of times for almost 20 years in my HR career, I’ve observed that these 10 tips work like a charm. They have a catchy name too!
Plus, stick around till the end where we will practice how to handle a low ball offer. How to negotiate salary. Everything is negotiatiable: that means everything is worth asking for. If the answer is a no, it’s a no. At least you made yourself hears. And that means something!
