"On-Demand Video Series: Salary Negotiation - 10 tips on how to negotiate a Higher Salary"

Whether you’re terrified of negotiating a job offer or you think you’re a smooth operator, you will learn something from my latest video. After negotiating hundreds of times for almost 20 years in my HR career, I’ve observed that these 10 tips work like a charm. They have a catchy name too!

Plus, stick around till the end where we will practice how to handle a low ball offer. How to negotiate salary. Everything is negotiatiable: that means everything is worth asking for. If the answer is a no, it’s a no. At least you made yourself hears. And that means something!

Do keep in mind though that the views expressed are from my own experiences and best practices and I hope this gives you a sense of exercising your self worth. Apply it with your own judgment keeping in mind the culture and industry you have in mind.

Please register for the video by Sunday at 8 pm. ONEplace will email you a link to the video Monday morning to watch in your space and at your convenience. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
