music and memories

Join Board-Certified Music Therapist, Caitlyn Bodine, for this special hour of engagement through music for adults. Sing the old songs together, let the music move you, and see what stories and memories the music brings up. Singing along is enthusiastically encouraged but not required. Music selections will be guided by the interests of the group, so don’t be shy about suggesting your favorites! Caitlyn’s expertise is in using music to help address the social and emotional wellness of older adults as they age, particularly those experiences dementia or memory loss. Coffee and light refreshments available at 10:45 am. Music at 11 am.
