Music and Memories

Mon, October 17, 2022 @ 11:00 am12:00 pm

music and memories

Join Board-Certified Music Therapist, Caitlyn Bodine, for this special hour of engagement through music for adults.

We’ll sing the old songs together, let the music move us, and see what stories and memories the music brings up. Music selections will be guided by the interests of the group, so don’t be shy about suggesting your favorites! This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with family, friends, and neighbors and to learn a bit about how music impacts us all.

Caitlyn’s expertise is in using music to help address the social and emotional wellness of older adults as they age, particularly those experiencing dementia and memory loss.
